Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Any cancellations made after the 48-hour window will result in a forfeited deposit. • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment time. • Any reschedules or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a lost deposit and a new deposit will be required to book again.
